Worked as an AI Developer responsible for creating Chatbot using WCP Platform provided from WIT Company. During my work I gained experience with different programming languages and frameworks.
Front-End Developer - Software Tester

Projects
My STC Chatbot (Billing Numbers)
Maintained the project of STC Chatbot in STC premise, as a part of my job with BAB International Corp. This project included integration between servers inside STC environment and outside (Public network), also aided in enhancing the chatbot user experience and trained developer in STC to use and develop the chatbot inside WCP environment.
Simah Care Chatbot
Implemented the Simah Care Chatbot with the aid of our team in BAB International Corp. The project consisted of implementing the chatbot in a very strict environment with no access to Internet and limited access to Simah Servers and functionality. Also created and implemented BAB Connector which is responsible for converting the messages from the chatbot to WhatsApp to support WhatsApp features like Quick reply buttons, List message, etc.
Jawwy Care Chatbot
Led the Jawwy Care Chatbot Project with my team in BAB International Corp. from the requirement gathering and analysis part till the Go-Live. Also aided my team in designing and developing the chatbot on WCP environment and to integrate APIs from Jawwy backend in the chatbot using NodeJS, and developing and integrating BAB Connector middleware in PHP Laravel to support the conversion between WCP APIs and Khoros APIs.
Aani & Dani Chatbot
Led the Aani & Dani Chatbot Project with my team, focusing on developing a Generative AI-driven chatbot powered by ByteDance LLM to handle complex user requests and maintain conversational context. Guided my team in building and integrating HyperPay payment gateway and voice-to-text APIs, using PHP Laravel and NodeJS to deliver a smart, context-aware customer experience.
